“The sheer amount of animation is huge-even down to the amount of different skeletons, thirty types as opposed to five or six in previous Total War games.” We see a giant demonstrate this, picking one soldier up to bite his head off. “There’s a lot of work we’ve done on the animations, to make the combat seem more dynamic and responsive,” project lead Ian Roxburgh tells me. Today, they fight in the service of Reikland, despite the fact that Carroburg has been reclaimed by Middenland. Since then, they have worn crimson uniforms in remembrance of that day. Throughout the course of the battle, their white uniforms were stained red with blood. In 1865 IC, they successfully defended the city of Carroburg, then under the control of Reikland, from the count of Middenland.
The fame of the Carroburg Greatswords dates back to the Age of Three Emperors.
